We would like to hear from you. SAVED is written for real households, and the most useful improvements to the site have come from readers who told us what was unclear, out of date or missing.

Write to hello@saved.lat. Please put a short subject line on your message, for example "Correction: laundry guide" or "Topic idea: saving on school trips", so that it reaches the right person quickly.

What to write to us about

• Corrections. If you spot a mistake, an outdated figure or a broken link, tell us which page it is on and what you think is wrong. We check every correction and update the page when we agree, noting the change in the guide where it matters.
• Questions about a guide. We cannot give personal financial, legal or professional advice, but we are happy to clarify what a guide says or point you towards an official source.
• Topic suggestions. Tell us which everyday costs you would like us to look at next.
• Privacy requests. To ask what personal data we hold about you or to request deletion, write with the subject "Privacy request". See our privacy policy for details.

What to expect

We aim to reply within five working days. Because we are a small team, we may not be able to answer every topic suggestion individually, but we read all of them.

What we do not do

We do not accept guest posts, paid links or sponsored articles, and we do not sell advertising directly. Advertising on SAVED is provided by Google AdSense. Please do not send us confidential personal information such as bank details, passwords or identity documents; we will never ask for them.
